1. Cancellations by Guests
- More than 14 days before arrival: full refund (minus transaction fees).
- 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
2. Cancellations by Soul Surf House
In rare cases (e.g., force majeure, maintenance, safety reasons), we may need to cancel or modify a booking. In such cases, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- Alternative dates of stay.
